Payment and Security Terms
The terms of this article do not apply to the sale of trips, to private sales which can only be paid for by cash card.

Your order is then reserved for 7 days. Beyond this period, without receipt of your check, it will be canceled. The order will only be processed upon receipt of your check and after validation.
If you do not receive a check after this 7 day period, your order will be automatically canceled and the products will be put on sale again on our site. The responsibility of ID-CONCEPTION can not therefore be engaged in the event of non-delivery of the order, for lack of payment for your order.
Your order will be processed from the day the check received by ID-CONCEPTION is validated.

ID-CONCEPTION reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.
ARTICLE 4 :
Shipping and delivery
The product will be delivered to the contact details indicated by the buyer in the form filled in when ordering.
The seller undertakes to deliver the product that is the subject of the order within an average time indicated on the delivery page depending on the destination, and a maximum period of 15 working days, all destinations combined, from the day following the validation of the order, except in cases of force majeure or an event beyond our control (for example, strike or malfunction of postal services). Orders registered on the Site on Sunday are processed the following Monday. Orders recorded on the site on a public holiday other Sunday are processed the following working day.
In the event of late delivery following shipment of the product, the buyer may cancel the order and be refunded the price of the product. The return costs will remain the responsibility of the buyer. On the other hand, the seller cannot be held responsible in the event of an exceptional incident or a case of force majeure (strikes, severe weather blocking transport, etc.).
If the product is delivered after the cancellation of the order, the refund will be made upon receipt by the seller of the product in its original condition.
In the event that this period is exceeded by the seller in the context of the shipment of the product, an email will be sent to the buyer and the latter will have the possibility of canceling the order and, if his bank account has already been debited, to be reimbursed for the price of the product within 30 days.

ID-CONCEPTION cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded, due to the occurrence of an event of force majeure.
Regarding products purchased to meet professional needs, ID-CONCEPTION will not incur any liability for any indirect damage as a result of these, operating loss, loss of profit, damage or costs, which may occur.
